A $500 non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your appointment. This deposit serves as a reservation fee and covers the cost of ordering the hair specifically for you after your consultation. In the event that you choose to cancel but the hair has already been ordered, you have the option to reschedule for a later date. However, please note that the deposit remains non-refundable.

We acknowledge that unexpected circumstances can arise, but we kindly request our clients to value our time as well. To ensure smooth operations, we have a 48-hour notice policy for all cancellations and appointment rescheduling. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the booked services will be charged to the card on file. T+MAD requires all clients to agree to our cancellation policy and confirm their appointment with a credit card.
